Followed by providing a breakfast buffet for the morning of the wedding.
It was our honour to provide pre-wedding catering over a two day period at the stunning Lochend Chalets in Port of Menteith.
Our clients were looking for a caterer to take away the stress of providing food and drinks for their guests, so they could enjoy catching up with friends and family.
We provided a staff to serve the welcome and follow up drinks and worked with our clients to create a meze themed buffet for a light and tasty pre-wedding meal.
The meze buffet included charcuterie platters, freshly baked bread, chicken and halloumi skewers, a selection of hummus, tzatziki and salads, and some delicious loaded fries.
After cleaning down and leaving the party to enjoy the rest of their pre-wedding celebrations, we returned the following morning to provide a continental breakfast buffet. This included granola yogurt pots with berries, fruit platters, freshly croissants, pastries and bread served with butter, jam and nutella. Along with Scottish Smoked Salmon Bagels on special request.
Once finished our clients commented on how much they loved the food and drinks and really appreciated having a stress free experience and being able to spend more time with their guests who had travelled for the big day.
